Dedicated to all children unjustly removed from
their loving parents by child welfare agents,
especially to those children killed in foster and adoptive placements
and those who never got to go home.
The project calls for nationwide protests to be held
in front of county courthouses or social service agencies
on the fifteenth day of each month
until the child welfare disaster is resolved.
Protests are to be non-violent, peaceful reminders
of the death of Gaius Julius Caesar on the Ides of March
and of the abuse of children in state custody fosterincarceration.

Protest on the 15th of each month! Let the public know your complaints about the child welfare system. Notify law enforcement beforehand and comply with all local ordinances. Invite the press and your local TV station to cover your events. Write letters to the editor about your protest goals. Pass out brochures and/or business cards. |

2-yr-old Dominic Raynell James died on August 21, 2002 after being tortured in a Missouri fosterincarceration facility. Parent News established an archive of news stories chronicling the events from his injury and death through months of DFS lies and attempts at concealing their guilt. His father told DFS his son had a new injury every week during visitation, but DFS agents would not move him away from the fosterer's home. |
Beautiful 5-yr-old Logan Marr was murdered on January 31, 2001 in Maine by a CPS child-snatching caseworker who became a fosterer so she could try to adopt Logan and her younger sister. After torturing and smothering this five-year-old child, the CPS caseworker was sentenced to a mere 20 years in prison. Documentary evidence about Logan's short life and her death is archived at the PBS Frontline website. |
